Fitzwilliam Basin

Fitzwilliam Basin is a fictional 'O9' gauge ('O' gauge 7mm:1ft scale modelling using 'OO9' gauge track for the railway) layout inspired by buildings in and around Elsecar village in South Yorkshire during the 1930/40's.

Pickpurse Halt

The layout portrays a small passenger halt along a GWR Country branch. So we’re set in time during the 1930s with steam railmotors and Auto Coaches on passenger work and pannier tanks working the freight trains.

Burtall Road

8ft x 3ft O gauge Layout

Coopers Quay

Narrowgauge quayside 8ft x 2ft Layout.

Loch Maben

St Georges Jetty

The Coal Yard

An exciting Micro layout...come and see what can be done in a very small space.

Halsdon Road

The layout represents a fictitious station somewhere in Southern territory, with locos and rolling stock representing the mid-1990s.

Asenby St Peter

The layout is an O gauge model of a fictional branch line terminus in East Anglia, It is set in the 1930s and is operated with ex Great Eastern locos and stock Töllesbury in Essex was the inspiration for the terminus although an extra siding has been added, Apart from the station all the other buildings are freelance but hopefully capture the essence of the supposed location

Rainton Colliery

Originally built by Jack Burnard in 1996. It was to represent Jack's first hand recollections of the mining industry in the 1950/60's.

It has lots of Jack's feature signatures from working coal loading conveyor, fully detailed and lit buildings to an internal narrow gauge mining railway.

It has now been fully renovated by Jon Grant and this is its first outing .

Hedworth Lane

Formally Dubmill Sidings and now owned by Gary Smith. it has undergone a full electrical , scenic and buildings refurbishment.

The layout is now set in the NE of England in the 1960's around the Wearside area.

It shows a NCB/BR interchange sidings with associated engine shed and parcels depot.

Gowrie

A compact layout showing the advantages of hand built track and what can be achieved in such a small space.

Gowrie has took inspiration from Aberfeldy & Blairgowrie which is shown in the buildings Ian has used to good affect.

Gowrie is set in the 1960's with predominately green diesels with the odd bit of new Blue & Grey livery creaping in.
